Before filling out the application form, please note the following:
Non-Calgary Residents: Calgary Meals on Wheels does not deliver meals outside of the city of Calgary. Pick-up at our facility is available Monday – Friday (7:30-3:00) for our My Choice Menu service only. After ordering items online, please allow for 2 business days before pick-up. Food Allergies/Special Diets: Calgary Meals on Wheels can accommodate some reported allergies, food sensitivities and special diet needs, only as deemed feasible within our production capabilities.
Do you have complex dietary needs or multiple food intolerances and wonder if we can accommodate your diet? Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss our meal options with you and discover how we might be able to support your nutritional needs!
We offer cost reduction for the Our Chef’s Daily Special service based on income.
*Please note: your income tax Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency is required to be eligible.
What’s Next?
You will be contacted by our Client Intake Coordinator to finalize the enrollment process.
Billing methods include: Visa, MasterCard, or automatic withdrawal from a bank account.
Once all steps are complete, services may begin within 2-3 business days.
