YYC Pizza Week 2015

The 2015 edition of YYC Pizza was ten days of cheesy goodness, from September 25 - October 4 throughout all of Calgary.

Forty-two local restaurants participated in the community fundraiser, and put their best slice forward to compete in one of four categories: Thin Crust, Regular Crust, Gluten-Free, and Unique.

  • After ten days of pizza binging, we are pleased to announce that over $8,000 was raised for Calgary Meals on Wheels and many delicious pizzerias and pizzas were discovered!

The winning restaurants are:

  • Thick Crust: Gordo’s Pizza

  • Thin Crust: 500 Cucina

  • Unique: Beer Revolution

  • Gluten-Free: Famosa Neapolitan Pizzeria

Thank you to every restaurant that participated and all of the hungry customers who supported this event.

A huge thank you to the ladies of the YYC Pizza Week Planning Committee – this event and all of its success is truly thanks to your amazing efforts and teamwork.
