Group Meals

Calgary Meals on Wheels provides nutritious and affordable meals for a wide array of organizations. We have several partnerships with schools, non-profit agencies, and community groups.

Our healthy menu selection and convenient delivery service provides a great solution for your next community event or gathering. Whether it’s a one-time occasion or a regularly-scheduled gathering, we are here to help.

Client is responsible for all serving utensils and dinnerware as well as set-up, serving, and clean-up.

My Choice Menu meals and soups are available frozen only.

We also offer special holiday-themed group meals! Throughout the year, we prepare special themed meals for our clients. Now your group or organization can enjoy them too!

Delivery: 

10:00am – 1:00pm, Monday – Friday. There is a flat-rate delivery fee of $10 within city limits.

Group Meals can be delivered frozen, chilled, or hot within city limits.

Delivery details must be approved prior to order confirmation.

Frozen orders can be prepared for complimentary pick-up at Community Depots.

Payment: 

All Group Meal orders require prepayment. Please provide our Finance Department with a credit card or void cheque prior to your initial order date. Your credit card or bank account will be automatically billed the day of delivery or pick up.

Order: 

Hot and chilled orders must be received at least 2 weeks in advance. Frozen orders can be ordered two business days in advance, pending product availability. Minimum order is (10) individual My Choice Menu items or (1) Group-Sized Meal.
